By making a reservation, accessing our premises, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.
2.2 Rates may vary depending on dates, room types, number of guests, or promotional offers.
2.3 Guests are responsible for ensuring that all personal and booking information provided is accurate.
2.4 The Resort reserves the right to refuse a reservation at its discretion.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
3.2 Early check-in or late check-out may be granted upon request and is subject to availability and additional fees.
3.3 A valid government-issued identification document is required at check-in.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted forms of payment include debit/credit cards, approved electronic transfers, and designated payment platforms.
4.2 All payments must be settled before or upon arrival unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Additional charges incurred during the stay (mini-bar, dining, activities, damages, etc.) must be paid before departure.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking platform.
5.2 Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation window selected at the time of booking.
5.3 Non-refundable bookings, last-minute reservations, and promotional packages are not eligible for refunds.
5.4 No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1 Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner and avoid any behavior that may cause disturbance, risk, or damage.
6.2 Guests are responsible for all personal belongings; the Resort is not liable for loss, misplacement, or theft.
6.3 Any damage caused to Resort property—accidental or intentional—will be charged to the guest responsible.
6.4 Illegal activities, unauthorized photography of other guests, and activities that compromise safety or privacy are strictly prohibited.

7. Resort Facilities and Services

7.1 Access to facilities such as the beach area, pool, lounge, spa, or events may be subject to operating hours, capacity limits, or additional fees.
7.2 The Resort may temporarily close or restrict access to any facility for maintenance, safety concerns, or private bookings.
7.3 External food, drinks, and speakers may be restricted in certain areas.

8. Events, Activities, and Third-Party Services

8.1 Participation in resort-hosted activities is voluntary and undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
8.2 The Resort is not responsible for incidents arising from third-party service providers, vendors, or transportation partners recommended or arranged on behalf of guests.

9. Health, Safety, and Security

9.1 Guests are required to comply with all safety instructions provided by Resort staff.
9.2 Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
9.3 The Resort maintains security protocols, but cannot guarantee absolute safety from external threats.

10. Photography, Media, and Content Usage

10.1 The Resort may take photos or videos during events or on its premises for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, notify the management team upon arrival.
10.2 Drone usage is prohibited without written authorization from Resort management.

11. Pet Policy

11.1 Pets may be allowed only in designated areas and room types, subject to Resort guidelines and fees.
11.2 Guests are responsible for the behavior, hygiene, and safety of their pets.

12. Smoking and Alcohol

12.1 Smoking is permitted only in designated areas and prohibited in rooms, enclosed spaces, and shared indoor areas.
12.2 Alcohol consumption is allowed within the Resort but must be done responsibly. Disorderly behavior due to intoxication may lead to eviction.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 The Resort is not liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, property damage, or losses that occur during your stay unless caused by proven negligence by the Resort.
13.2 Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Resort, its employees, and affiliates against claims arising from their actions or omissions.

14. Force Majeure

The Resort shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or security incidents.

15. Amendments

The Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will immediately supersede previous versions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Libertine Resort operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
